Right of withdrawal
(Art. 46, $ 1, 2 ° of the Law of April 6, 2010 on market practices and consumer protection)

1. Agreement
1.1. If the customer commanded us to deliver one or more items, there is an agreement that is legally binding (selling at a distance).
The agreement is established is sent as confirmation of the order.
1.2. By placing an order, the client acknowledge that he agrees with the delivery and payment. We reserve the right to change its delivery and / or conditions after the expiry of the term.
2. Delivery
2.1. Items will be shipped via the Belgium Post. The order will be shipped within 10 working days of receipt of the full purchase by us.
3. Prices
3.1. All prices are in Euro and include VAT.
3.2. All prices on the site are subject to misprints. For the consequences of misprints no liability is accepted.
4. The right of withdrawal
4.1 In accordance with the Law of April 6, 2010 the consumer has the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the product, the seller note to share that he renounces the purchase, and without giving a reason. The notification shall be deemed timely if it is on paper or on a receiver available and accessible durable medium, is dispatched before the expiry of the deadline. In case of exercising its right of withdrawal, the direct cost of shipping, handling, packaging, returning, reception, control of the goods and administrative fees will be charged to the consumer with a minimum of 105,00 € (ex vat).
5. Payment
5.1. All goods remain the property of Kritz until the moment that the full amount of the purchase is paid.
5.2. Payment by bank transfer: payment of the amount due must be made within 14 days of collection. In the case of online sales is the payment of the amount due to be made before the product is send. We reserve the right to cancel the order and the customer will bring via email informed if the amount due is not paid within a reasonable time.
5.3. Payment upon pick-up: You can pay cash on collection.
5.4 All current payment transactions are handled via our payment partner Mollie B.V.

6. Images and specifications
6.1. All images: photos, drawings etc. and specifications; including information on color and size and so on Kritz website are only approximate, are indicative and may not lead to damages or rescission of the contract.
7. Force of the majority
7.1. We are not liable if and when she cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure.
7.2. Force majeure means any strange reason, and any circumstance, which ought not to come for her in all fairness. Delay or failure by suppliers, transport problems, strikes, government measures, supply delay, negligence of suppliers and / or manufacturers we assistants, transport defects in auxiliary or count explicitly as force majeure.
8. Warranty
8.1. We guarante that the order will be shipped in good condition and is paid much attention to the shipping of the items.
9. Complaints
9.1. All complaints concerning delivery, quality condition of the article or any other complaint will be taken seriously by us.
9.2. The customer must submit a written complaint or notify by mail to us.
9.3. We will try to resolve the complaint within 14 days. Kritz the customer will be writing messages through the mail.
10. The use right and Adjudication Committee
10.1. All offers, orders and agreements are governed by Belgian law.
