We developed a special composite material that has the strength of metal, the density of wood and that sound like wood. It contains composite resins, ebony wood and graphite.
It allows the strings to move freely back and forth in the nut slots. Tremolo guitars no longer need any locking systems to stay in tune after heavy down bends. Unbelievable but a standard for us. We use Kritzwood (TM) also to make stoptail pieces. They hold your strings perfectly in tune. Kritzwood (TM) makes the guitar sound like a guitar with all wooden hardware. Less metal = less additional vibrations
We even produce Kritzwood Tunematic saddles. They make a Kritz sound very mellow.
A very interesting approach to Jazzy sounds (See SJ 202 -SJ209).
